The LM136-2.5-N/LM236-2.5-N and LM336-2.5-N integrated circuits are precision 2.5V shunt regulator diodes. These monolithic IC voltage references operate as a low-temperature-coefficient 2.5V zener with 0.2Ω dynamic impedance. A third terminal on the LM136-2.5-N allows the reference voltage and temperature coefficient to be trimmed easily.

The LM136-2.5-N series is useful as a precision 2.5V low voltage reference for digital voltmeters, power supplies or op amp circuitry. The 2.5V make it convenient to obtain a stable reference from 5V logic supplies. Further, since the LM136-2.5-N operates as a shunt regulator, it can be used as either a positive or negative voltage reference.

The LM136-2.5-N is rated for operation over −55°C to +125°C while the LM236-2.5-N is rated over a −25°C to +85°C temperature range.

The LM336-2.5-N is rated for operation over a 0°C to +70°C temperature range. See the connection diagrams for available packages.

The Allegro™ ACS712 provides economical and precise solutions for AC or DC current sensing in industrial, commercial, and communications systems. The CD405X series analog switches are multi-channel modulation/selection analog switches controlled by digital signals, with low on-resistance and very low off-leakage current. A digital signal with an amplitude of 4.5V to 18V can control an analog signal with a peak-to-peak value of 18V. For example, choose VDD=+5V, Vss=0V, VEE=-13.5V, then the digital signal of 0~5V can control the analog signal of -13.5~4.5V. It has extremely low static power consumption. CD4051 is an eight-select one-to-one analog switch with three binary control input terminals A, B and C and INH input. These three binary signals can set any of the 8 analog channels into a conduction state, and the INH input terminal inputs " When the level is 1, all channels of the analog switch are set to the off state, and when the level of "0" is input, all channels of the analog switch are set to the state of conduction.

The L298 is an integrated monolithic circuit in a 15- lead Multiwatt and PowerSO20 packages.
