Our product range includes a wide range of lm358dt -opamp gp 2 circuit, tcst2103 transmissive optical sensor with phototransistor output, lm336z 2.5v hlf integrated circuits, tm1628a led driver ic titan micro, acs712elctr-05b hall-effect-based linear current sensor ic and cd4051bd hlf integrated circuits.
These circuits consist of two independent, highgain, internally frequency-compensated op amps, specifically designed to operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages. The low-power supply drain is independent of the magnitude of the power supply voltage. Application areas include transducer amplifiers, DC gain blocks and all the conventional op amp circuits, which can now be more easily implemented in single power supply systems. For example, these circuits can be directly supplied with the standard 5 V, which is used in logic systems and will easily provide the required interface electronics with no additional power supply.

The LM136-2.5-N/LM236-2.5-N and LM336-2.5-N integrated circuits are precision 2.5V shunt regulator diodes. These monolithic IC voltage references operate as a low-temperature-coefficient 2.5V zener with 0.2Ω dynamic impedance. A third terminal on the LM136-2.5-N allows the reference voltage and temperature coefficient to be trimmed easily.
The LM136-2.5-N series is useful as a precision 2.5V low voltage reference for digital voltmeters, power supplies or op amp circuitry. The 2.5V make it convenient to obtain a stable reference from 5V logic supplies. Further, since the LM136-2.5-N operates as a shunt regulator, it can be used as either a positive or negative voltage reference.
The LM136-2.5-N is rated for operation over −55°C to +125°C while the LM236-2.5-N is rated over a −25°C to +85°C temperature range.
The LM336-2.5-N is rated for operation over a 0°C to +70°C temperature range. See the connection diagrams for available packages.
TM1628A is a dedicated IC for LED (light-emitting diode display) drive control with keyboard scanning interface. It integrates an MCU digital interface, data latch, LED drive, keyboard scanning, and other circuits internally. This product is reliable, stable, and has strong anti-interference capabilities. It is mainly suitable for household appliances (smart water heaters, microwaves, washing machines, air conditioners, induction cookers), set-top boxes, electronic scales, smart electric meters, and other digital tube or LED display devices.

ACS712ELCTR-05B Hall-Effect-Based Linear Current Sensor IC
The Allegro™ ACS712 provides economical and precise solutions for AC or DC current sensing in industrial, commercial, and communications systems. The device package allows for easy implementation by the customer. Typical applications include motor control, load detection and management, switchmode power supplies, and overcurrent fault protection. The device is not intended for automotive applications. The device consists of a precise, low-offset, linear Hall circuit with a copper conduction path located near the surface of the die. Applied current flowing through this copper conduction path generates a magnetic field which the Hall IC converts into a proportional voltage. Device accuracy is optimized through the close proximity of the magnetic signal to the Hall transducer. A precise, proportional voltage is provided by the low-offset, chopper-stabilized BiCMOS Hall IC, which is programmed for accuracy after packaging.
The CD405X series analog switches are multi-channel modulation/selection analog switches controlled by digital signals, with low on-resistance and very low off-leakage current. A digital signal with an amplitude of 4.5V to 18V can control an analog signal with a peak-to-peak value of 18V. For example, choose VDD=+5V, Vss=0V, VEE=-13.5V, then the digital signal of 0~5V can control the analog signal of -13.5~4.5V. It has extremely low static power consumption. CD4051 is an eight-select one-to-one analog switch with three binary control input terminals A, B and C and INH input. These three binary signals can set any of the 8 analog channels into a conduction state, and the INH input terminal inputs " When the level is 1, all channels of the analog switch are set to the off state, and when the level of "0" is input, all channels of the analog switch are set to the state of conduction.
main feature:● Wide digital control and transmission analog signal voltage range: digital 4.5V ~ 18V, analog 18V;● Low on-resistance: 80Ω (VDD-VEE=15V, signal greater than 15Vpp);● Very low static voltage consumption;● High off-state resistance;● Digital address signal 4.5V~18V logic level conversion to switch analog signal 18Vpp;● Built-in binary address decoder.
The L298 is an integrated monolithic circuit in a 15- lead Multiwatt and PowerSO20 packages. It is a high voltage, high current dual full-bridge driver designed to accept standard TTL logic levels and drive inductive loads such as relays, solenoids, DC and stepping motors. Two enable inputs are provided to enable or disable the device independently of the input signals. The emitters of the lower transistors of each bridge are connected together and the corresponding external terminal can be used for the connection of an external sensing resistor. An additional supply input is provided so that the logic works at a lower voltage.
The LM35 series are precision integrated-circuit temperature devices with an output voltage linearlyproportional to the Centigrade temperature. The LM35 device has an advantage over linear temperature sensors calibrated in Kelvin, as the user is not required to subtract a large constant voltage from the output to obtain convenient Centigrade scaling. The LM35 device does not require any external calibration or trimming to provide typical accuracies of ±¼°C at room temperature and ±¾°C over a full −55°C to 150°C temperature range.
