MPC89x51/52/53/54/58/515A is a single-chip 8-bit microcontroller with the instruction sets fully compatible with industrial-standard 80C51 series microcontroller. There is 63/32/16/15/8/4 Kbytes flash memory embedded for application program, which is shared with In-System Programming code. In-System-Programming allows the users to download new code while the microcontroller sits in the running state. There are 1280/512 bytes on-chip RAM embedded that are provided to implement wide field applications. The user can configure the device to run in 12 clocks per machine cycle, or 6 clocks per machine cycle to achieve twice performance. MPC89x51/52/53/54/58/515A is built with four 8-bit I/O ports, one 4-bit I/O ports, three 16-bit timer/counters, an eight-source, four-priority-level interrupt structure, an enhanced UART, and on-chip crystal oscillator. It was fabricated in advanced embedded flash CMOS technology. Excellent flash-endurance, flash-retention, and code-protecting security make MPC89x5xA as an excellent microcontroller. If the supply voltage of the device is lower than 3.7V/2.4V (Operate in the 5V/3V).The device can automatically go to reset, and we have named it the Low-Voltage-Reset.

The W78E516D/W78E058D series contains a 64K/32K bytes of main Flash EPROM and a 4K bytes of auxiliary Flash EPROM which allows the contents of the 64K/32K bytes main Flash EPROM to be updated by the loader program located in the 4K bytes Flash EPROM; a 256 bytes of SRAM; 256 bytes of AUXRAM; four 8-bit bi-directional and bit-addressable I/O ports; an additional 4-bit port P4; three 16-bit timer/counters; a serial port. These peripherals are supported by an 8 sources 2-level interrupt capability. To facilitate programming and verification, the Flash EPROM inside the W78E516D/W78E058D series allows the program memory to be programmed and read electronically. Once the code is confirmed, the user can protect the code for security. The W78E516D/W78E058D series microcontroller has two power reduction modes, idle mode and power-down mode, both of which are software selectable. The idle mode turns off the processor clock but allows for continued peripheral operation. The power-down mode stops the crystal oscillator for minimum power consumption. The external clock can be stopped at any time and in any state without affecting the processor.

The MG82F6D17 is a single-chip microcontroller based on a high performance 1-T architecture 80C51 CPU that executes instructions in 1~7 clock cycles (about 6~7 times the rate of a standard 8051 device), and has an 8051 compatible instruction set. Therefore at the same performance as the standard 8051, the MG82F6D17 can operate at a much lower speed and thereby greatly reduce the power consumption. The MG82F6D17 has 16K bytes of embedded Flash memory for code and data. The Flash memory can be programmed either in serial writer mode (via ICP, In-Circuit Programming) or in In-System Programming mode. And, it also provides the In-Application Programming (IAP) capability. ICP and ISP allow the user to download new code without removing the microcontroller from the actual end product; IAP means that the device can write non-volatile data in the Flash memory while the application program is running.
